In the Uber App (iOS & Android)

The fastest way to cancel Uber One is through the Uber app. Your membership benefits stay active until the end of your billing period.

1Open the Uber App
Launch the Uber app on your phone and tap the Account icon (your profile picture or menu icon).
2Go to Uber One
Tap Uber One from the account menu to view your membership details and billing information.
3Cancel Membership
Tap Cancel Membership (or Manage Membership, then Cancel). Uber may offer a discount to keep you — decline if you want to fully cancel. Confirm the cancellation.

You can also cancel Uber One through the website if you prefer.

1Sign In to Uber
Open uber.com in your browser and sign in with your account credentials.
2Go to Uber One
Navigate to your Account settings and select Uber One to view your membership details.
3Cancel Membership
Click Cancel Membership and follow the confirmation prompts. Your benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period.
