How to Cancel FabFitFun

Step-by-step guide to cancel your FabFitFun seasonal or annual subscription online. Learn about renewal timing, refund rules, and the 14-day return window.

Cancel your FabFitFun subscription in about 5 minutes. FabFitFun is a quarterly subscription box, so timing your cancellation around the seasonal billing cycle is important.

FabFitFun bills on a seasonal (quarterly) schedule, not monthly. Boxes ship in March, June, September, and December, with billing occurring the month before each shipment. You must cancel before your next seasonal billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.

The only way to cancel your FabFitFun membership is through the FabFitFun website. There is no in-app cancellation option.

1Go to FabFitFun Website
Open your web browser and navigate to fabfitfun.com. Click Log In in the top right corner and sign in with the email address and password associated with your account.
2Open Your Account Page
Once signed in, click your profile icon in the top right corner of the page. Select My Account from the dropdown menu to access your account settings.
3Go to Subscription Details
Navigate to the Account Details tab or the My Subscription section. This is where you can view your current membership type (seasonal or annual) and your next billing date.
4Click Cancel Subscription
Locate and click the Cancel Subscription or Cancel Membership link. FabFitFun may present you with retention offers, such as a discount on your next box or a free add-on. Decline these if you want to proceed with cancellation.
5Complete the Cancellation Flow
Follow the on-screen prompts. FabFitFun will ask you to select a reason for canceling. Choose the option that best applies and continue through each step until you reach the final confirmation screen.
6Confirm and Save Your Confirmation
Click the final confirmation button to complete your cancellation. FabFitFun will send a confirmation email to the address on your account. Save this email as proof of cancellation in case of any future billing disputes.

Understanding Seasonal Billing and Renewal Timing

FabFitFun operates on a quarterly cycle rather than a monthly one. Each year has four seasons with the following general schedule:

  • Spring Box — Billed around February, ships in March
  • Summer Box — Billed around May, ships in June
  • Fall Box — Billed around August, ships in September
  • Winter Box — Billed around November, ships in December

If you are a seasonal member, you are charged approximately $79.99 per quarter. If you are an annual member, you pay approximately $259.96 upfront (about $64.99 per box) and are billed once per year at renewal.

To avoid being charged for the next box, you must cancel before the billing date for that season. Once billing has been processed for a season, your cancellation takes effect for the following season — you will still receive (and not be refunded for) the box you were already charged for.

Annual members should pay close attention to their renewal date. Because annual billing happens once per year, missing the window means you are locked in for another four boxes. Check your Account Details page for your exact renewal date.

FabFitFun Refund Policy

FabFitFun's refund policy is strict. Canceling your membership does not provide a refund for payments already processed, nor does it stop a charge that is already pending. Your cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle.

There are a few important details to know:

  • No partial refunds. Once you have been billed for a seasonal box, you will receive that box and will not be refunded, even if you cancel immediately after being charged.
  • No returns on boxes. FabFitFun does not accept returns or exchanges on seasonal boxes, individual box items, add-ons, or other purchased items. Any items returned without authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
  • 14-day exception for first box. If you are a new subscriber, you have the right to cancel and obtain a refund within 14 days of receiving your first box. You must notify FabFitFun of your wish to cancel, then return the box within 14 days of that notification. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • No cancellation fees. FabFitFun does not charge a separate cancellation fee. However, the no-refund policy means you effectively pay for any box that has already been billed.
