Premium features normally continue until the paid period ends. Basic does not include a blue checkmark, and suspension or eligibility decisions can remove a checkmark earlier.

X generally does not offer refunds for unused subscription time. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, their respective refund policies apply. Contact [X Support](https://help.x.com) for billing disputes.

What features do I lose after canceling?

You lose the verified badge, edit button, longer posts, ad revenue sharing eligibility, and other Premium perks. Your account and tweets remain intact.

How do I know where I subscribed?

Check your email for past payment receipts. If charged by Apple or Google, cancel through their settings. If charged by X directly, cancel on x.com.

How to Cancel X Premium (Twitter Blue)

Cancel X Premium on the platform where you subscribed. Follow web, Apple, or Google Play steps and check the renewal deadline.

Cancel X Premium on the platform where you bought it. For a web purchase, open Premium and Manage your subscription; for Apple or Google Play billing, use that store’s subscription settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid another charge. Available features depend on your plan and normally continue until the paid period ends.

If you subscribed directly through X, cancel through the website. Your Premium features including the verified badge stay active until the end of your billing period.

1Sign In to X

Open x.com in your browser and log in with your account credentials.

2Open Manage Your Subscription

For a web purchase, open Premium, then select Manage your subscription.

3Cancel Your Subscription

Follow the displayed cancellation prompts, confirm, and check the renewal date and cancellation status.

On the App Store (iOS)

If you subscribed through Apple's App Store, you must cancel through Apple's subscription settings.

Tap Settings on your iPhone, then tap your name at the top to open Apple ID settings.

2Go to Subscriptions

Tap Subscriptions. Find and tap X or Twitter in your active subscriptions list.

3Cancel the Subscription

Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. Your Premium features continue until the end of your Apple billing cycle.

On Google Play (Android)

If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel through Google's subscription settings.

2Find X Premium

Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Find and tap X or Twitter.
