This ensures you won't lose your data if you change phones or reinstall the app. Local-only users (without an account) should regularly export their data manually as a backup using the export feature in Settings > Data Management.

Account & Billing

Yes, ReSubs offers a free version with essential subscription tracking features. You can track up to 5 subscriptions, receive basic reminders, and view simple spending reports without paying anything. Premium features like unlimited subscriptions, advanced analytics, custom categories, and automatic subscription detection are available through our subscription plan.

Upgrading to Premium is easy:

1Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
2Select 'Upgrade to Premium'
3Choose between monthly or annual billing (annual offers savings)
4Complete the purchase using your App Store or Google Play account

Premium features will be instantly unlocked once payment is processed.

You can cancel your ReSubs Premium subscription at any time through your device's app store settings, not within the app itself.

Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

No, you won't lose your existing data if you cancel Premium. However, if you have more than 5 active subscriptions, you'll need to delete some to get back under the free plan limit. Premium features like advanced analytics will no longer be accessible, but all your basic subscription information and history will remain intact.
Refund policies are handled by the App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play Store (for Android users) according to their respective policies. Generally, you can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase directly through the store where you made the purchase. For special circumstances, please contact our support team at Loading....

If you've recently purchased Premium and it's not showing up, this could be because:

  • The purchase was made within the last 24 hours and is still being processed
  • You've recently switched devices and the purchase status needs to sync

Troubleshooting

If you're not receiving notifications, try these steps:

If problems persist, try reinstalling the app.

If you created an account, your data is automatically backed up. Simply log back into your account, and your data should restore. If you were using the app without an account (local mode), you can only recover data if you previously exported it manually. If you have an export file, go to Settings > Import CSV to restore your subscriptions.

Discrepancies can occur due to several factors:

4Price increases by the service provider

You can edit the subscription details manually to match the actual charge by tapping the subscription and selecting 'Edit'.

Data Management

Yes, ReSubs supports importing subscription data via CSV files. Many subscription trackers and financial apps allow you to export your data in CSV format.

Note that some specialized data fields from other apps may not transfer completely.

To delete your account and all associated data, follow these steps:

3Select whether you want to export your data before deletion (recommended)
4Confirm deletion

This process is irreversible, and all your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days in accordance with our data retention policy.

Yes, most basic ReSubs features work offline. You can view, add, and edit your subscriptions without an internet connection. However, certain features require connectivity, including: automatic subscription detection, currency conversions, data syncing across devices, and importing/exporting data. The app will automatically sync when you're back online.
