Cómo cancelar Stitch Fix

Cancela Stitch Fix en menos de 5 minutos. Unlike traditional subscriptions, Stitch Fix operates on a per-Fix basis — you pay a $20 styling fee each time a Fix ships, which gets credited toward anything you keep. There is no recurring monthly charge, so "canceling" means stopping automatic shipments or deleting your account entirely.

Stitch Fix is not a traditional subscription with a monthly fee. You are only charged the $20 styling fee when a Fix is scheduled and shipped. If you have no upcoming Fixes, you are not being charged anything. Keeping your account open with no scheduled Fixes costs nothing.

On StitchFix.com — Stop Automatic Shipments

If you have automatic Fixes scheduled, you can stop them through the Stitch Fix website. This keeps your account active so you can order on-demand Fixes whenever you want, but prevents any boxes from shipping automatically.

1Ir a Your Stitch Fix Account
Open a web browser and navigate to stitchfix.com. Sign in with the email address and password associated with your account.
2Abrir Your Settings
Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the page. From the dropdown menu, select Account Settings to access your account management options.
3Gestionar Your Fix Schedule
Find the Fix Schedule section on your account page. Click Manage automatic Fixes to view your current shipping frequency and upcoming Fix dates.
4Detener Automatic Fixes
Select I want to stop receiving automatic Fixes. Uncheck the box next to "Save me time by sending Fixes on a schedule." This switches your account to on-demand mode so no Fixes ship unless you manually request one.
5Confirmar Your Selection
Click Submit to save your changes. You should see a confirmation that automatic shipments have been turned off. Your account remains active and you can request a Fix manually at any time in the future.
If you have a Fix that is already being styled or has shipped, you cannot cancel that specific Fix. You will still be charged the $20 styling fee for any Fix that is already in progress. The styling fee is credited toward items you decide to keep.

On StitchFix.com — Delete Your Account

If you want to go further than stopping shipments and permanently remove your personal information from Stitch Fix, you can delete your account entirely. This is irreversible.

Go to stitchfix.com and sign in to your account with your email and password.
2Navegar a to Account Settings
Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
3Buscar the Delete Account Option
Scroll down to the bottom of the account settings page. Look for the option to Delete your account or Close account.
4Completar the Exit Survey
Stitch Fix may ask you to complete a brief exit survey about why you are leaving. Fill this out or skip it if possible.
5Confirmar Account Deletion
Click Confirm to permanently delete your account. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address. All personal data, style preferences, and order history will be removed from their system.
Account deletion is permanent. Any remaining referral credits, gift card balances, or unused styling fee credits associated with your account cannot be transferred or refunded once the account is deleted. If you think you might use Stitch Fix again in the future, consider simply stopping automatic Fixes instead of deleting your account.

Stitch Fix charges a $20 styling fee each time a Fix ships. This fee is automatically applied as a credit toward any items you keep from that Fix. If you keep nothing, the $20 styling fee is non-refundable.

You cannot cancel a Fix once it is already being styled or has shipped, and the styling fee for that Fix will not be refunded. To avoid being charged, make sure you cancel automatic shipments before your next Fix is scheduled to begin processing.

For items you purchased and want to return, Stitch Fix offers free returns. You have 3 days after your Fix arrives to decide what to keep. Place any items you do not want back in the prepaid return envelope and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier. Refunds for returned items are processed after Stitch Fix receives the return, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

If you purchased an annual styling pass ($49), that fee is non-refundable once purchased. The pass waives the $20 styling fee on all Fixes for 12 months and cannot be prorated or partially refunded.
