Peloton offers several membership tiers. All-Access Membership ($49.99/month) is for Peloton hardware owners and provides unlimited classes on your Bike, Tread, Row, or Guide. App One ($15.99/month) gives you access to strength, yoga, HIIT, outdoor running, and other floor-based workouts on your phone or tablet. App+ ($28.99/month) includes everything in App One plus unlimited cycling, running, walking, and rowing classes. The cancellation process is the same regardless of which tier you are on, but the method depends on how you subscribed.
If you own Peloton hardware with a financing or payment plan, canceling your membership does not cancel your hardware payments. Equipment financing is a separate agreement. Contact Peloton support at (866) 679-9129 or your financing provider to manage hardware payments independently.

This is the standard method if you subscribed directly through Peloton. You must be the primary account holder to cancel.

Open your web browser and navigate to members.onepeloton.com. This works on any desktop or mobile browser.

Review the cancellation details, including the date your access ends. Click Confirm to finalize the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email from Peloton, and your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period.

If you subscribed to Peloton through the Apple App Store, you must cancel through Apple's subscription settings. Canceling on the Peloton website will not work for App Store subscriptions.

Peloton does not offer prorated refunds when you cancel mid-billing cycle. When you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period, y no se te cobrará de nuevo after that date.
There are a few exceptions and details to keep in mind:
60-day billing error window: If you believe you were charged in error, you must notify Peloton within 60 days of the billing date by contacting Member Support at (866) 679-9129 or through the Peloton Contact Us page. Peloton will not issue refunds or credits after this 60-day period.
New York residents: Under New York's auto-renewal law, you may cancel within 14 days of being charged at a new, higher price and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
Canadian residents (British Columbia): You have 10 days after your initial subscription to cancel for any reason and receive a refund.
Canadian residents (Ontario): You have a 10-day cancellation window under the Consumer Protection Act, with a 15-day refund deadline.
Canadian residents (Saskatchewan): You have a 7-business-day cancellation window with a 15-day refund requirement.
If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, the refund policies of those platforms apply instead. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Help for platform-specific refund requests.
