MasterClass subscriptions are billed annually with the full amount charged upfront. There is no monthly billing option. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current annual billing period, but you will not be refunded for the remaining months unless you are within 30 days of your initial purchase.

La méthode la plus simple pour résilier est via le/la MasterClass website. You cannot cancel directly from the MasterClass mobile app — you must use a web browser.
1Sign In to MasterClass
Open your web browser and go to masterclass.com. Click Sign In in the top right corner and enter your email address and password.
2Open Your Account Settings
Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the page. From the dropdown menu, select Settings to access your account management page.
3Go to Subscription Settings
In your account settings, locate the Membership or Subscription section. You will see your current plan details and next renewal date displayed here.
4Click Cancel Membership
Click the Cancel Membership button. MasterClass may present you with a discounted offer or ask you to reconsider. Select Continue to Cancel if you want to proceed with the cancellation.
5Confirm Your Cancellation
Select your reason for canceling when prompted, then click Cancel Now to finalize. You will receive a confirmation email from MasterClass, and your access will remain active until the end of your current annual billing period.
If you subscribed to MasterClass through the Apple App Store, you must cancel through Apple's subscription settings — not through the MasterClass website.

Tap the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. This is the gray gear icon on your home screen.
2Toucher votre identifiant Apple
At the very top of the Settings menu, tap your name and Apple ID banner. This takes you to your Apple ID account management screen.
3Sélectionner Abonnements
Tap Subscriptions from the list. You will see all active and expired subscriptions linked to your Apple ID.
4Select MasterClass
Find and tap MasterClass from your list of active subscriptions. If MasterClass is not listed here, your subscription was not billed through Apple — cancel on the MasterClass website instead.
5Résilier l'abonnement
Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the screen and confirm when prompted. Your MasterClass access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
If you subscribed through Apple, MasterClass's own 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply. Refund requests for App Store purchases must go through Apple Support and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
Sur Google Play (Android)
If you subscribed through the Google Play Store, vous devez résilier via la gestion des abonnements Google rather than the MasterClass website.
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner, then select Payments & subscriptions followed by Subscriptions. You will see all your active Google Play subscriptions listed here.
3Select MasterClass
Find and tap MasterClass from your subscriptions list. If MasterClass is not listed, your subscription is billed directly through MasterClass — cancel on their website instead.
4Résilier votre abonnement
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. Your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle, and vous ne serez plus prélevé at renewal.
Google Play has a limited refund window of 48 hours for subscription purchases. For refund requests after that window, contact Google Play Help.

MasterClass offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on subscriptions purchased directly through their website. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund.
Key details about refunds:
Eligible purchases: Only first-time subscriptions bought directly on masterclass.com qualify for the 30-day guarantee.
Renewal charges: Annual renewal charges are not eligible for refunds under the satisfaction guarantee.
Gift memberships: Redeemed gift memberships are not refundable. The 30-day window is counted from the redemption date, not the purchase date.
Third-party purchases: If you subscribed through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or Roku, MasterClass cannot process your refund. You must request a refund through the platform where you purchased.
How to request: Contact MasterClass support by emailing support@masterclass.com with your account email address and reason for the refund, or use the support chat on the MasterClass Help Center.
Processing time: Approved refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
MasterClass does not offer partial refunds. If you cancel after the 30-day window, you will retain access for the remainder of your annual billing period but will not receive any money back for unused months.
