If you subscribed directly through X, cancel through the website. Your Premium features including the verified badge stay active until the end of your billing period.

1Sign In to X

Open x.com in your browser and log in with your account credentials.

Click More in the left sidebar, then select Settings and Support followed by Settings and privacy. Navigate to Subscriptions.

3Cancel Your Subscription

Click Cancel Subscription and follow the confirmation prompts. X may offer retention deals — decline if you want to fully cancel.

If you subscribed through Apple's App Store, you must cancel through Apple's subscription settings.
