Will I lose access immediately?

No. Your Grammarly Premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan with basic grammar and spelling checks.

What happens to my saved documents?

Your documents in Grammarly's editor are preserved on the free plan. However, you lose access to advanced suggestions, tone detection, and plagiarism checking.

Grammarly may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact [Grammarly Support](https://support.grammarly.com) within a few days of your charge to request a review.

How do I know if I subscribed through Apple or Grammarly?

Check your email for past payment receipts. If charges came from Apple, cancel through iOS Settings. If charges came from Grammarly, cancel on grammarly.com.

If you subscribed directly through Grammarly, cancel through their website. Your Premium features stay active until the end of your billing period, then your account reverts to the free plan.

1Sign In to Grammarly

Open grammarly.com in your browser and log in with your account credentials.

2Go to Account & Subscription

Click your profile icon, select Account, then navigate to the Subscription section. You will see your current plan and billing details.

3Cancel Your Subscription

Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts. Grammarly may offer a discount or pause option — decline if you want to fully cancel. Confirm your cancellation.

For Grammarly Business plans, only the account admin can cancel. Team members should contact their admin to request cancellation.

On the App Store (iOS)

If you subscribed through Apple's App Store, you must cancel through Apple's subscription settings.

1Open iPhone Settings

Tap Settings on your iPhone or iPad, then tap your name at the top to open Apple ID settings.

2Go to Subscriptions

Tap Subscriptions. Find and tap Grammarly in your active subscriptions list.

3Cancel the Subscription

Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. Your Premium features continue until the end of your Apple billing cycle.
