Cancel a Recurring Zelle Payment in Your Bank App

Zelle lives inside your bank's mobile app, so recurring transfers are managed there.

1Open Your Bank's App

Open the mobile banking app for the account the payment comes from (Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Capital One, and others all include Zelle).

2Go to the Zelle / Send Money Section

Tap Zelle (often under Pay & Transfer or Send Money With Zelle).

3Open Scheduled or Recurring Payments

Look for Activity → Scheduled or Manage Recurring Payments. This lists any repeating Zelle transfers you set up.

4Cancel the Repeating Transfer

Select the recurring payment and tap Cancel, Stop, or Delete. Confirm, and the schedule ends immediately.
