La méthode standard pour résilier Birchbox is through your account on the Birchbox website. Month-to-month subscribers can cancel at any time, while multi-month plan holders can turn off auto-renewal so the subscription ends when the current term expires.
Différences entre forfait annuel et mensuel
Birchbox offers both month-to-month and multi-month (3, 6, and 12-month) subscription plans. How you cancel depends on which plan you have:
Month-to-month plan: You can cancel at any time through your Account Settings. Your cancellation takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If you have already been billed for the current month, you will receive that month's box and will not be charged again.
3, 6, or 12-month plan: These plans involve a term commitment and cannot be canceled mid-term. You will continue to receive boxes for the duration of your prepaid term. However, you can turn off auto-renewal at any time within your Account Settings or by emailing info@birchbox.com. This prevents Birchbox from charging you when your current term expires.
If you are unsure which plan type you have, check the Subscriptions section in your Account Settings. Your plan type and renewal date are displayed there.
Politique de remboursement
Birchbox does not issue refunds for canceled subscriptions. Here is what to expect based on your situation:
Month-to-month subscribers: Cancellation does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. You retain access to the service and will receive your box for any month you have already paid for.
Multi-month plan subscribers: Prepaid amounts are non-refundable. If you paid upfront for a 3, 6, or 12-month plan, you will receive all remaining boxes in your term but cannot get a refund for unused months.
All sales are final: Birchbox's policy states that all sales are final and non-refundable. They do not accept returns or exchanges on subscription boxes.
If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing dispute, contact Birchbox support at info@birchbox.com or through their Help Center. You can also dispute unauthorized charges directly with your bank or credit card company.
