How to Cancel Asana

Cancel your Asana Premium or Business subscription in a few minutes. Asana is managed entirely through the web — there is no in-app purchase through Apple or Google.

Asana subscriptions are managed through the web app. When you cancel, your paid features stay active until the end of your current billing period, then your workspace downgrades to the free Basic plan.

1Sign In to Asana
Open app.asana.com in your browser and log in with the email and password for your Asana account.
2Go to Admin Console
Click your profile photo in the top right, then select Admin Console. Navigate to the Billing tab.
3Cancel Your Subscription
Click Cancel Subscription and follow the confirmation prompts. Asana may offer a discount or alternative plan — decline if you want to fully cancel.
4Confirm and Verify
Confirm the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email. Your Premium or Business features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Only workspace admins with billing access can cancel an Asana subscription. If you are a regular member, contact your workspace admin to request cancellation.
