Ipsy Subscription Tiers
Ipsy offers several subscription options, and the cancellation process is the same for each. Here is what you should know about each tier:
Ipsy Original (Glam Bag): Five deluxe sample-sized beauty products each month for $14/month. This is the entry-level tier and the most common subscription.
Ipsy Extra: Five full-size beauty products each month for $32/month, valued at up to $200. This is the mid-range tier for those who prefer full-size items over samples.
Ipsy Ultimate: Eight full-size beauty products shipped quarterly for $65/quarter, valued at up to $400. This is the premium tier with a quarterly billing cycle rather than monthly.
Each tier is treated as a separate subscription on your account. If you subscribe to more than one, you need to cancel each one individually through the steps above.
Erstattungsrichtlinie
Ipsy does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on subscription shipments. Once your payment has been processed and your bag has been assembled, the charge is final.
Monthly subscriptions: When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period. You will receive the bag you already paid for, but you will not be charged again.
Annual memberships: If you cancel an annual plan, you will continue to receive all remaining prepaid shipments until your annual term ends. No partial refund is issued for the unused portion of an annual membership.
Damaged or missing items: While Ipsy does not process refunds, they do offer replacements for missing or damaged items if you contact support within 45 days of the shipment date. Reach out through the Ipsy Help Center to request a replacement.
Ipsy Shop orders: Orders placed through the Ipsy Shop cannot be canceled once submitted and are not eligible for refunds.
