1Go to Amazon.com
Open your web browser and navigate to amazon.com. Sign in with the email and password associated with your Prime membership.
2Open Your Prime Membership Settings
Hover over Accounts & Lists in the top-right corner of the page. Select Prime Membership from the dropdown menu. You can also go directly to amazon.com/prime.
3Click Manage Membership
On the Prime membership page, hover over or click the Manage Membership dropdown in the top-right area. Select End Membership from the options.
4Work Through the Retention Screens
Amazon will show you multiple screens designed to keep you subscribed. These screens highlight benefits you will lose, such as free shipping, Prime Video, Prime Day access, and exclusive deals. On each screen, look for the Continue to Cancel link — it is often smaller or less prominent than the "Keep My Benefits" button.
5Choose When to End Your Membership
Amazon gives you two options: end your membership immediately or keep your benefits until the end of your current billing period. If you choose to keep benefits until the period ends, auto-renewal is turned off und Sie werden nicht erneut belastet.
6Confirm Your Cancellation
