The only way to cancel your FabFitFun membership ist über die FabFitFun website. There is no in-app cancellation option.
Saisonale Abrechnung und Verlängerungszeitpunkte verstehen
FabFitFun operates on a quarterly cycle rather than a monthly one. Each year has four seasons with the following general schedule:
- Spring Box — Billed around February, ships in March
- Summer Box — Billed around May, ships in June
- Fall Box — Billed around August, ships in September
- Winter Box — Billed around November, ships in December
If you are a seasonal member, you are charged approximately $79.99 per quarter. If you are an annual member, you pay approximately $259.96 upfront (about $64.99 per box) and are billed once per year at renewal.
To avoid being charged for the next box, you must cancel before the billing date for that season. Once billing has been processed for a season, your cancellation takes effect for the following season — you will still receive (and not be refunded for) the box you were already charged for.
FabFitFun Erstattungsrichtlinie
FabFitFun's refund policy is strict. Canceling your membership does not provide a refund for payments already processed, nor does it stop a charge that is already pending. Your cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle.
There are a few important details to know:
- No partial refunds. Once you have been billed for a seasonal box, you will receive that box and will not be refunded, even if you cancel immediately after being charged.
- No returns on boxes. FabFitFun does not accept returns or exchanges on seasonal boxes, individual box items, add-ons, or other purchased items. Any items returned without authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
- 14-day exception for first box. If you are a new subscriber, you have the right to cancel and obtain a refund within 14 days of receiving your first box. You must notify FabFitFun of your wish to cancel, then return the box within 14 days of that notification. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- No cancellation fees. FabFitFun does not charge a separate cancellation fee. However, the no-refund policy means you effectively pay for any box that has already been billed.
