How to Cancel Claude

Cancel your Claude Pro or Team subscription in under 3 minutes. Choose the method that matches how you subscribed.

On Claude.ai

If you subscribed directly through Anthropic, cancel from the Claude website.

1Open Claude Settings
Go to claude.ai and click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner, then select Settings.
2Go to Subscription
Click the Subscription tab to view your current plan and billing details.
3Cancel Your Plan
Click Cancel plan and follow the prompts to confirm. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period.
If you are on a Claude Team plan, only the workspace admin can cancel the subscription. Contact your team admin to request cancellation.

On the App Store (iOS)

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, you must cancel through Apple.

1Open iPhone Settings
Tap Settings on your iPhone, then tap your name at the top to open your Apple ID.
2Go to Subscriptions
Tap Subscriptions to see all your active subscriptions.
3Cancel Claude
Find Claude in the list, tap it, then tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
