Cancel your Revolut Premium, Metal, or Ultra plan by downgrading to Standard through the Revolut app. There is no web option for this — it must be done in the app.

In the Revolut App (iOS & Android)

Revolut plan changes can only be made through the mobile app. When you downgrade, your paid features stay active until the end of your current billing period.

1Open the Revolut App
Launch the Revolut app on your iPhone or Android device and log in with your PIN or biometrics.
2Go to Your Plan
Tap your profile icon in the top left, then tap your current plan name (Premium, Metal, or Ultra) to view plan details.
3Downgrade to Standard
Scroll down and tap Downgrade to Standard. Revolut will show you the features you will lose. Confirm by tapping Downgrade or Continue.
4Verify the Change
You should see a confirmation screen. Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, then your account switches to the free Standard plan.
You cannot cancel or downgrade your Revolut plan through the website — it must be done in the mobile app. If you cannot access the app, contact Revolut Support through the in-app chat.
